The biggest dilemmas of interactive device owners

The dilemmas of our associates about interactive devices are imperative in our business. Concerning them, as we have already said, we direct our work. From the interaction with the device users, we have a clear picture of their doubts when purchasing such a device. Also, we convey our observations on the example of cooperation with the City Library “Vladislav Petković Dis” in Čačak and with the “Natural History Center” in Svilajnac.

One of the essential dilemmas of the customer is:

1. Place of installation of the device – what should be stored, and does it require a special connection?
It does not require a special connection but a power supply that is safe and accessible. If it is an external device, it is necessary to find the best place where electricity comes as easily as the Internet. Before installing the external device, we send the document to which the device is installed.
It’s not complicated, you’ll see!

2. How to handle the application?
If you use our application on an interactive device, it is also adapted to each type of user. It has recognizable colors and menus. All cards are clearly and transparently marked with both text and illustrations.

Also, along with the application, we send instructions for changing the content. If you follow the illustrations and then read the text, there are no complications (our applications do not confuse the user).

3. Adding material to the application broadcast by the device – can we do it ourselves?
Yes, you can do it yourself. The addition is clearly defined in advance. There are no issues that cannot be solved. Every customer’s wish is elaborated in advance, so the customer immediately receives instructions for handling along with the application. If you follow all the steps, which are not demanding, you will efficiently and independently complete the application. Of course, our team is always there to resolve your ambiguities.


4. Device maintenance – on-off.
We can program our devices to turn off and on at certain times. They have a predefined timer for a specific time to turn on and off.
Smaller internal devices behave like any computer. You can turn it on and off when you’re done. And so every day. It can certainly stay on for a few days (e.g., until the end of the working week). It will work smoothly.

It isn’t easy to make decisions. We know that. This is why we emphasize your dilemmas in this way. You are already halfway to the solution when you say your questions out loud or write them down.

5. What happens if the power goes out?
Each of our devices behaves like a computer. There is UPS protection that does not allow complications and achieves uninterrupted operation.

6. Is the display visible even when exposed to the sun?
External devices are primarily placed in front of institutions such as the Tourist Organization, City Hall, Municipality, factories, and restaurants. They also find their place in the city squares. They are exposed to the sun. In that case, is the picture visible? This is one of the leading and first dilemmas of our associates.
The external device is adapted to the influence of light. The picture is seen well and clearly.
It also works smoothly at high temperatures, as well as at extremely low ones. The device’s operating range is operating at a temperature of -40 to +50 degrees Celsius.

7. Is technical support, delivery, and installation included in the price of the product?

During the cooperation with the City Library of Čačak, we had a pleasant communication full of understanding and quick agreements.
Everything was straightforward because we listened to each other.
After installing the device, they wanted instructions for managing one card in the application. The library is rich in events and constantly has exciting activities, so it is necessary to update the data continually.

The instructions were made specifically for their needs.
We also support our textual and photo-illustrated instructions for use with video material.
The library continuously places its rich content and activities on its website and the device application. Thus, their broad audience is constantly and at the right time involved in the institution’s work and visits it regularly, from organizations and schools to interested individuals.

Svilajnac Nature Center and Hola interactive kiosk 43″

The program organizers at the Nature Center in Svilajnac transfer knowledge very well to both children and adults. Their exhibitions, as well as guided tours, are adapted to the content of modern man, his attention and sense of detail, and exciting content. With our interactive device, they have brought closer their setting and guidance services.

Their dilemmas were about the application, which we solved at a meeting with them at the Museum, and then the communication continued with e-mails. Precise instructions and photos we received and photographed at the Nature Center led to the successful completion of the project. We gave a proposal for the design of the map of the facility as well as other cards, and after the buyer’s confirmation, we started the realization.
