HOLA AT THE INTERNATIONAL CCCSEE CONFERENCE

The international conference entitled “Coworking & Coliving Conference Southeast Europe” was held from 9th to 11th of October in Belgrade (Kombank Hall) and Mokrin (Mokrin House), gathered more than 300 participants from around the world. The conference was held for the first two days in Kombank Hall, and on the third day, guests from abroad and Serbia continued the program in “Mokrin House”, which is the co-organizer of this event with the Coworking community of Serbia.

Thanks to a call from Co Loving and Co-Working Space / CCCSee, Hola Systems participated with two of its interactive devices in Kombank Hall. The devices had a two-day conference agenda installed. Users could be informed about all the details of the conference at any time with the device. Quickly and easily from a greater distance via a slider to see the announcement of lectures and topics for a specific day. By clicking on the screen, we opened a presentation that had a lot more information.

An interactive kiosk device with a 43‘’ screen is placed at the entrance to the conference room. With this position, users were easily informed about all events and announcements before entering the hall. This way of informing users replaces agendas and flyers as reminders. The other device was located in the hallway, more precisely in the passage to the space where the users spent their free time between lectures at the conference. Excellent and useful position of the device because every time users pass, they can be informed via interactive devices with a touch screen.
